In order to keep you comfortable and well-insulated from the ground as well as any dampness and unevenness in the terrain, this plaid is made of multiple components. The seat is composed of 3 main components: - 150 Denier polyester bottom fabric. - Polyurethane (PE) and polyethylene foam (PE) with 6 to 10 mm thickness depending on the panels. Thicker in the centre. - 600 Denier polyester top fabric.
To make your rug durable, laboratory tests have been carried out on the components and assemblies by simulating the ageing of the rugs. Abrasion resistance of the rug has been tested according to the Martindale test. The component has been subjected to rubbing cycles with an abrasive. The test stops when a hole appears or when 100,000 cycles are reached. Our rug reached 100,000 cycles.
